Resource Manager

A large financial services firm is looking for a Resource Manager to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for supporting and ensuring that the audit team are resourced and utilised effectively. 

The successful candidate will review chargeable hours and allocation of client work/hours, overtime reports, and utilisation reports and action any outliers. You will be required to work with the other Resource Manager and Senior Resource Manager to provide a monthly summary of actual headcount vs forecast vs budget.

• Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
• A strategic mindset
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Good technology understanding - Google, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
