A trust company is seeking a Regulated Business Administrator/Senior Administrator to join their team. The role includes being involved at the point of pre client take on in relation to client due diligence matters and regulatory applications as well as continued involvement in developing new and existing client relationships. The latter will include ongoing regulatory matters such as completion and review of investor risk assessments, assistance with due diligence requests from third party providers and regulatory reporting.
In addition to providing a range of regulatory tasks for new and existing clients the post holder is required to ensure regular processes involving reconciliations and maintenance of records via online platforms are maintained and processed timely.
Applicants must have a minimum of 2/3 years’ experience in a similar role within the Finance Industry, working and familiar with the GFSC Handbook, has begun/or is part way into studies for a recognised compliance/AML qualification e.g. International Compliance Association and have an enquiring mind, being able to question, research, apply and share learning.
