A leading independent financial services group is seeking a full time Receptionist/Officer Administrator, to report to the Office Manager. This role will largely be based on reception and will involve tasks and administration for the Central Services function to ensure smooth running of the Guernsey office.
- Welcoming all visitors to the office in a professional and engaging manner
- Answering all incoming calls in an efficient and professional manner
- Responsibility for ensuring the meeting rooms is set up as per requirements
- Assisting with ensuring that the premises, furniture, and equipment is in good working order
- Responsible for scanning and profiling couriered post in the afternoon or when required
- Providing cover for scanning and profiling of other post items
Candidates must be well presented, with a positive 'can-do' attitude and be educated to A ‘Level standard, or equivalent.
