A local commercial company is seeking a Receptionist/Retail Assistant to join their team ASAP until January 2020.
The postholder will be the first point of contact for clients and customers on arrival in store or when dealing with them over email or telephone ensuring that they receive only the very highest standards of customer care and service.
The desirable candidate will have experience of working as a receptionist, front of house or a similar busy environment, have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels and have excellent organisational and time management skills.
Experience of shortcuts/enterprise system is desirable but not essential.
The role will also require the successful candidate to work Saturdays.
