Real Estate, Value Advisory Manager

A leading professional services firm is looking to recruit a Real Estate, Value Advisory Manager to join their growing team at a manager level, to help provide additional bandwidth and facilitate growth of their real estate centre of excellence.

The role will provide the role holder with an opportunity to work on a range of client engagements and with several other teams, alongside this, a significant proportion of your time would be spent supporting their Audit practice in relation to the review of real estate valuations as an expert role in the preparation of financial statements.

The following skills are required for this role:

• RICS qualified (or other similar real estate qualification) or significant real estate advisory experience (a significant proportion of which should have been with valuations focus)
• Good knowledge of commercial real estate markets
• Willingness to learn and take on a high degree of responsibility
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating at all levels
• Strong analytical skills but tempered with an ability to think laterally
• Working knowledge of Real Estate valuation software e.g. Argus Enterprise, Argus Developer, MRI
