A global wealth management business is seeking an individual with 3 years’ experience working in a software Quality Assurance role, preferably including experience testing online systems to join their team as an Online Service Centre QA Support Analyst.
This role involves ownership of all aspects of the Quality Assurance function to ensure that software updates to the Live platform perform as expected and meet the users’ needs.
- Estimating, prioritising, planning and coordinating QA activities on new releases
- Identifying, recording and tracking defects through to resolution
- Ensuring all acceptance criteria are met and providing QA sign-off prior to software release to the Production environment
The desirable candidate will have the following:
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Delivery and quality focused
- Willingness to work in a flexible and dynamic team environment
- Knowledge of SQL scripting or a willingness to learn basic SQL
- Hands on experience of automated testing tools
