Key Responsibilities:
- Providing implementation support and solutions
- Working closely with other teams to deliver an end-to-end service for customers
- Identifying developing and developing and assisting with the implementation of services to drive new revenues within the enterprise market.
- Providing expertise on technical solutions and acting as a technical point of contact
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 3-7 years' experience in a similar role
- Extensive product knowledge
