Our client is looking for an experienced IT professional to join the team as a Professional Services Analyst to work in a helpdesk and support role. The prime focus of this position will be the management and rollout of security patches and service patches, which will include impact assessments and post patch testing.
The desirable candidate for this role will have previously worked in a help desk or technical IT position for at least 3 years and have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems and Software. Accurate record keeping and good time management are essential as is the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both customers and colleagues.
A full driving licence is required for this role.
The successful candidate will work a five day week that includes at least one Saturday or Sunday, or both.
