Portfolio Implementation Administrator

Our client is seeking a Portfolio Implementation Administrator to join a growing Investment Management team providing discretionary portfolios to a global array of private clients, companies and intermediaries. 

Key responsibilities will include implementing Investment decisions and supporting Portfolio Managers within the team in an accurate and timely manner. The role holder will have the opportunity to assume a highly technical role within the world of investments and financial markets.

Our client is looking for the following attributes:

  • Ideally 3 years’ experience in a finance administration role or a mathematical/finance academic qualification
  • An interest in analysing financial markets and investments
  • Highly numerate and comfortable dealing with large volumes of data
  • Attention to detail and the desire to deliver accurate work quickly
  • An ability to learn quickly, to communicate effectively and the confidence to bring ideas into a team environment
  • Ability to foster teamwork by establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with peers, management and clients
