Our client is looking to recruit a Payroll Supervisor, to be responsible for helping to deliver the Group payrolls for over 800 permanent employees and up to an additional 200 temporary staff at peak.
This hands-on role involves preparation and processing of UK as well as overseas payrolls. Primary responsibility as Payroll Supervisor will be to ensure that their payrolls are accurate, transmitted on time and compliant with all current territory legislation. The role holder will also be responsible for the monthly payroll administration and accounting input including pension auto-enrollment and payment of various benefits.
The desirable candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3 years’ payroll experience with at least two years’ hands-on responsibility for processing multiple payrolls, have a knowledge of CHRIS21 system or similar web hosted Payroll and HRIS and have excellent Excel skills with the ability to analyse, manipulate and interrogate numerical information.
Previous experience working with UK payrolls and an understanding of multi-currency global payrolls to some extent is an advantage.
