Payroll and Management Information Analyst

An insurance company is looking to recruit a Payroll and Management Information Analyst to join their HR team. 

The role holder will be responsible for the oversight, smooth running and effective delivery of the company’s monthly pay and benefits, through an in-house payroll system for Guernsey-based staff and with 3rd parties for staff in other offices.

The role is also responsible for the development and analysis of HR related management information and reporting.

The desirable candidate will have a knowledge and experience of best practice payroll and tax legislation, have strong maths, statistics and technology skills, have strong accuracy and an eye for detail and be skilled in analytical reporting with advanced knowledge of Excel.
