Part Time Administrator (mainly afternoons)

Situations Recruitment is growing and we need an experienced Administrator to join our small friendly team to work mainly afternoons, together with full time absence cover, as a job share with our Digital Officer.

Duties include typing vacancy details onto our website and entering all relevant information, making online recruitment portal applications (submitting candidate CV's), liaising with clients regarding vacancy updates, assisting the MD and consultants with any required project work and general office administration.  Some involvement in social media posting may also be required.  This role will cover the work of the receptionist in their absence, including formatting CV's and greeting visitors.

Working hours are ideally: 1-5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays (or just 2 of those afternoons), plus a full 9-5 day or half day every Thursday, and Wednesdays off.  So a maximum of 19 hours per week.

Standard full time working hours (9-5, Mon-Fri) are ideally required when covering the absences of our Digital Officer.

We're seeking a candidate with several years' Administrative experience gained in a professional environment who is flexible to assist with any assigned tasks.  Excellent written English and grammar skills are definitely required, as well as a creative flair for writing.

This is a varied role in a thriving commercial sector business, to commence at the beginning of April 2022.
