Part Time Payments Administrator

Do you have 3 years’ experience within an accounts environment? Our client is looking to recruit a Payments Administrator to join their team ASAP to end May 2020.  The role holder will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the financial aspects of the company.

Key duties:

  • Accurate administration of the Company’s cash books
  • Processing claims payments to policyholders and maintaining the claims database
  • Paying general office invoices
  • Monthly reconciliation of bank statements
  • Dealing with deposits ensuring compliance with bank mandates and investment guidelines

The ideal candidate will have sound accounts admin or bookkeeping experience and ideally an understanding of offshore instruments.

Working hours are 25-30 per week (9am-2pm).
