Operations Executive

A boutique asset management company is seeking an Operations Executive to administer and manage mortgage loans, whilst also assessing the exposure to credit and financial crime risk.

Key duties:

• Receiving mortgage loan applications and arranging draw down of loans.
• Reviewing all documentation and ensuring compliance with appropriate rules and regulations.
• Sending instructions to act on behalf of the fund to various professionals.
• Ensuring loan approvals with relevant credit committee.
