A growing financial business is seeking an analytically minded individual to join their team as an Operations Business Support, to provide support with liaison between technical teams as required and operational departments in regards to change impact / testing requirements.
The candidate will assist with planning, performing, and conducting user acceptance testing, ensuring that relevant Operations teams assist where possible and are kept up to date with changes. They will also be responsible for training, handover and roll out to other team members, including various regions as part of implementation, ensuring training manuals and process maps are documented.
