Operations Administrator /Senior Administrator

Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their Operations team to be key in providing administration and customer support to corporate clients who have placed Life and Disability schemes with the company.  

Key duties:

  • Prepare all types of data files received from clients ready for input into the relevant operating systems.
  • Monitor requests received from clients and processing these requests, which include renewals, new joiner set up, leavers or change requests.
  • Prepare documentation for clients including final invoices, benefit statements and renewal letters.
  • Prepare provisional renewal documentation including deposit invoices.
  • Deal with Clients/Brokers directly, requesting missing information, following up on data or renewal queries.

The ideal candidate will have spent at least 2 years in a financial services environment, have intermediate Excel knowledge and computer skills and a can-do attitude.  Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction is essential.  An understanding of group risk administration would be advantageous.
