Do you have an in depth understanding of online banking applications and the change environment? An international bank and wealth service is seeking a self-motivated and driven person to fulfil their Online Banking & Mobile Apps, Application Owner position.
Your focus will be to work with the digital owners and technical teams to define, implement and support strategic and regulatory change roadmap for the client facing supporting applications to ensure an efficient banking experience for their clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Running workshops, influencing stakeholders, documenting business requirements and modelling processes.
- Assisting the Digital business owners with business change such as people engagement and client focused activities.
- Being a key contributor to the design and development of the strategic direction of the applications and owning the technical roadmap.
- Ensuring any production issues are logged and resolved as quickly as possible, highlighting issues to Head of Business Change and Crisis Management Team.
- Working with the business owners to manage the day-to-day relationship with the Digital team outside of Channel Islands, including attending regular service meetings and assisting with escalation of issues as required.
The successful candidate will have 5 years' or more working within the banking sector and hold the relevant qualification either Project Management Certificate or Business Analysis Certificate.
