Office Manager, Reception duties

Do you have some experience of Reception duties and/or managing an office? A local insurance firm requires an organised and proactive Office Manager who can also cover reception duties.

Key Duties:

  • Arranging client meetings and travel for staff
  • Covering the front of office, reception and greeting visitors
  • Answering the phone
  • Dealing with suppliers
  • Managing the internal payments system
  • Project work on data collection

This is a great role for someone who can work autonomously, enjoys reception administration and meeting and greeting people. Training will be provided.
