Would you enjoy taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of an office, and taking on reception duties when required? If so, this role could be a great fit for you! 

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting the HR manager with clerical duties and event organisation. 
  • Undertaking secretarial duties as and when required. 
  • Coordinating closures and transfers and assisting with new client onboarding. 
  • Assisting the HR Manager with Company Secretarial/HR duties as and when required. 
  • Maintaining and upkeeping all physical files. 
  • Ensuring accurate maintenance of PlainSail in accordance with the in-house filing policy.
