Key responsibilities:
- Assisting the HR manager with clerical duties and event organisation.
- Undertaking secretarial duties as and when required.
- Coordinating closures and transfers and assisting with new client onboarding.
- Assisting the HR Manager with Company Secretarial/HR duties as and when required.
- Maintaining and upkeeping all physical files.
- Ensuring accurate maintenance of PlainSail in accordance with the in-house filing policy.
