A small local trust company is seeking an Office Administrator/ Trust & Company Administration Assistant. The role holder will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Managing post and courier
  • Filing
  • Answering telephone
  • Dealing with office invoices
  • Organising and ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Petty cash
  • Posting time sheets
  • Archiving, scanning and electronic filing 
  • Preparation of payments 
  • Minute preparation
  • Checklist completion
  • Database input

No trust and company experience necessary, but preferred.
