New Business and Risk Review Administrator

An international company specializing in financial and taxation advice is looking to recruit a New Business and Risk Review Administrator, to join their team for a 12-month contract. 

Key duties:

Client onboarding/take on:

  • Enter new client details onto banking system
  • Scan client documentation
  • Archiving of client files and days’ work
  • Provide assistance with Risk assessments and delegatory information searches

Client data management:

  • Client static data amendments on banking system i.e.: marriages, deaths, change of address, new sub accounts, change of signatories etc.

Ongoing risk monitoring:

  • Risk reviews of existing client base with referral to line manager / process owner / compliance as necessary

The desirable candidate will have good verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn, strong time management and organisation skills and have a working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook. Financial sector experience desired but not essential.
