Our client is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manger to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head of Legal & Compliance and supporting the Operational Risk Manager in the assessment of specific compliance risks.
The successful candidate will design, manage and report on compliance monitoring and follow-up activities and will also review and input product related literature, including all client facing marketing materials, product agreements, terms and conditions and other documentation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Deep working knowledge of regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering principles and frameworks and the ability to rapidly assimilate and develop a detailed knowledge of regulatory compliance issues relating to insurance, customer due diligence and the cross-border delivery of financial services
- Professional qualification in one or more compliance or related disciplines
- Well rounded relevant compliance experience of at least 4 years in financial services organisations, preferably with experience of a multi-jurisdictional organisation
- High quality analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem solving
