A financial services business is seeking a highly experienced Manager to join their Company Secretarial services team, to carry out routine day-to-day company secretarial services and administration of corporate and fund structures.
The role holder will manage all aspects of company secretarial matters including the preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of board packs, obtaining directors availability, attending meetings, and drafting minutes and resolutions for routine matters.
The candidate may be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably ICSA or equivalent) and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar corporate secretarial, corporate governance or board servicing role.
