Our client is seeking a Management Accounts Assistant to assist in aspects of the capture of branch expenditure and the payment authorisation process, as well as acting as a point of contact between the Finance Team and stakeholders throughout the organisation.
The Management Accounts Assistant is an integral role that will support an international team during monthly, quarterly and year-end close cycles; assist with internal and external financial audits; co-ordinate internal control and operational policies; and other duties as assigned.
The desirable candidate will ideally have experience in handling invoices and purchase ledgers, have general knowledge of accounting principles and system knowledge. Experience in Microsoft Navision and/or MS Dynamics based Accounting Package experience is also preferable. However full training will be provided for more junior candidates.
