Lending Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

• Building relationships with exciting & target clients to maximize lending origination.
• Critical analysis of lending propositions and their suitability in line with the lending criteria. 
• Planning and initiating contact with key introducers and prospects. 
• Preparing credit applications, including the required level of research and due diligence is identified and mitigated. 
• Presenting credit applications to keyholders for approval.
