Learning and Development Officer

Our client, a well-known commercial company are seeking a Learning and Development Officer to join their team. The chosen candidate will actively support the Learning and Development Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying training and development needs within the organisation through regular consultations. The Learning and Development Officer will also ensure all documentation is accurate and kept up to date.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A CIPD Learning & Development Qualification (or equivalent) 
  • Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels of an organisation   
  • Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise clearly 
  • A strong customer-focused background
  • Strong teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to learning, both face-to-face and remotely 
  • Organisation and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Proficient computer skills
