Learning and Development Administrator

A Large Financial Services firm are looking for a Learning and Development Administrator. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administration support to the Learning & Development Team.

The successful candidate will maintain calendars for all internal training including sending out joining instructions and feedback forms as well as supporting the operational running of large in person and virtual training events.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Resilience and the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT & tech skills, and a keenness to learn and develop new skills
  • A Graduate degree ideally within or related to Human Resources and or CIPD qualified
