Learning and Development Officer

Our client is looking for a Learning and Development Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate and document training activities.

The Learning and Development Officer will design training materials and deliver training through the organisation, and work with Heads of Departments and Team leaders to identify training needs for their departments.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong administration skills 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office, experience in other methods of presentation (would be beneficial but not essential as training would be provided)
  • Proactive nature
  • Ability to plan and organise
  • The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
