Lawyer

Are you a qualified lawyer with experience in corporate banking and finance? An established law firm is seeking a part-time Lawyer for 12 months. This role will provide advice and support to fee earners and general counsel advice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Helping to create multi-jurisdiction precedents and standards forms where possible
• Acting as a sounding board to partners and other fee earners on technical points of law
• Reviewing and developing know-how collateral, existing precedents, and standard forms, along with identifying gaps
• Working with partners and fee earners to develop strategies for business development 
• Helping to develop and introduce workflows and other solutions to maximise efficiencies.
• Undertaking in-house legal tasks 

For this role, a minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified lawyer in corporate, banking, funds, and regulatory work is required, along with an enthusiasm to learn new areas of law and practice.
