Our client is looking for a Junior Client Service Delivery Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will ensure follow up of day to day client queries and issue resolution including the co-ordination of any required changes and will also cultivate strong working relationships with client contacts.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in financial servicing preferably in trust or asset servicing (not essential)
- Client relationship experience and track record of managing key clients (essential)
- Knowledge of trust or asset management usually acquired through related work experience in managing client relationships.
- Knowledge of general finance and portfolio management concepts.
- Skills in negotiation, delegating, client relationship and sales are necessary to service the client relationship.
