Do you have fund experience? An independent provider of fiduciary services is seeking a Corporate Officer to join their team.
Key responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for a growing portfolio of clients, delegating tasks when necessary
- Providing a high quality service including Net Asset Valuation production, investor dealing, distributions and other reporting to clients
- Assisting junior staff organising their workloads
- Providing support and guidance to junior members of the team.
Ensuring statutory obligations are met and that appropriate records are set up and maintained
Ensuring that day to day administration and bookkeeping is accurate and up to date and assisting in the production of accounts
Previous experience in a fund role is required, along with detailed knowledge of key GFSC rules and regulations. In addition, excellent organisational skills and planning skills are required along with good IT skills. If this sounds interesting, get in touch to register today!
