IT Engineer

Do you have experience of working in I.T support? A commercial company is looking for an Engineer to join their support team.

Responsibilities include:

• Building relationships with internal and external customers 
• Ensuring quality of information on help desk system
• Installation and maintenance of computer hardware
• Supporting desktop and server operating systems
• Fault finding, repair and installation of PC and servers
• Maintaining inventory of ICT equipment for 3rd parties and in-house

Experience in software programming skills would be ideal, with a good understanding of desktop/laptop devices and networking including edge devices. Knowledge of servers and cloud infrastructure would also be good. If you are a team player who is well organised and has a keen eye for detail, this could be the role for you.
