IT Support Analyst

Our client is seeking an IT Support Analyst to report to the Software Development Lead & Project Manager and to be responsible for providing front-line primary support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals, and for the development and maintenance of various IT documents.

This position will support multiple platforms including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and videoconferencing, as well as their external-facing portal. 

This is a hands-on role which will require the successful candidate to be actively involved in all the user-facing activities for which the IT department is responsible.

The successful candidate must have previous experience working in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment and have strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
