IT Service Desk Analyst

A legal firm is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their global Information Services team.

In this role, the role holder be the first point of contact delivering technical support to their people globally for all IT systems and associated infrastructure and security.

The desirable candidate will have at least one years’ experience in a professional services environment, have an understanding of the main Microsoft applications and Windows 10 and a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

A basic understanding of Active Directory, Windows Server, Cisco Call Manager, System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), Citrix, Mobile Iron and iManage Document Management System would be desirable, however not essential.
