Investment Communications Administrator

Are you interested in marketing within the financial services sector? Do you have previous associated experience?  A leading provider of wealth services is looking for an Investment Marketing Administrator to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

• Reviewing policies procedures and templates to ensure they are in-line with group formatting
• Assisting in co-ordinating sustainability reports as part of the Group Sustainability Committee
• Carrying out weekly, monthly, and quarterly fund related marketing and communication tasks
• Ensuring that the fund ranges of the company are being promoted both internally and externally
• Developing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring that fund marketing materials are up to date 
• Collaborating with internal teams and external parties to develop materials
• Ensuring budgets are kept to and that all processes and procedures are followed

Whilst experience would be ideal, full training will be given and as such this role could suit someone looking for a change in direction or a school leaver who can demonstrate an interest in this area.  Experience in writing and reviewing and publishing corporate material is necessary along with an aptitude for IT especially Microsoft 365, Adobe, and website management.
