A private banking organisation is looking for an Intermediaries Assistant, to provide support to the Relationship Manager with all EAM, EFA and end-client related administrative tasks. Responsibilities include handling the relationship opening process as well as maintaining contracts and documentation in the respective systems. The Assistant provides prompt and complete assistance, tracks dossiers and follows up documentation.
Key Tasks of this Role:
The desirable candidate will have a good Telephone/Written manner, have 2-5 years banking and/or investment experience - back and front office, have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Word & Excel and have a familiarity with Client Relationship Management software.
