Intermediaries Assistant

A private banking organisation is looking for an Intermediaries Assistant, to provide support to the Relationship Manager with all EAM, EFA and end-client related administrative tasks. Responsibilities include handling the relationship opening process as well as maintaining contracts and documentation in the respective systems. The Assistant provides prompt and complete assistance, tracks dossiers and follows up documentation. 

Key Tasks of this Role:

  • Administrative support of the RM and Team Leader
  • Opening & closing of EAM / EFA relationships and technical relationship maintenance
  • Opening & closing of end-client accounts
  • Maintenance of various Market-related materials incl. Pitch Books etc. for acquisition purposes
  • Trouble shooting and close bank-internal cross-teams/divisions collaboration
  • Relationship management & retention incl. processing various EAM / EFA requests and enquiries (Legal, Tax, Structures, Credits, etc.)
  • Support on order execution and payments

The desirable candidate will have a good Telephone/Written manner, have 2-5 years banking and/or investment experience - back and front office, have  strong  knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Word & Excel and have a  familiarity with Client Relationship Management software.
