Infrastructure Engineer Cloud

Are you CCNA or VCA qualified and have a good working knowledge of IT infrastructure ? A large company requires as Infrastructure Engineer Cloud to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

• Investigating customer support and internal system issues including issue ownership and root cause resolution
• Responding to technical issues when procedures do not exist using technical knowledge and troubleshooting expertise
• Raising third party support cases when necessary
• Contributing to continuous service improvement of the business 

You will need good working knowledge of IT infrastructure including hardware operating systems, storage virtualisation network and security devices. In addition, be familiar with backup and replication technologies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems is crucial.
