HR Administrator

Do you want to work in a close-knit team? Do you have excellent communication and organisational skills?

A pensions provider is looking for a HR Administrator to be responsible for the day-to-day HR requirements of an organisation and to support the business in its resourcing and development of staff.

Key duties include:

  • Support and participate in any new engagement activities
  • Monitor the company’s absence record
  • Support the recruitment screening and induction of new staff
  • Monitor the performance management system
  • Review and update the HR policies and procedures 
  • Attend meetings on behalf of HR
  • Support all staff with all related queries 
  • Assist with annual appraisals
  • Take minutes for disciplinary matters and confidential meetings

The role has been created to support the current HR Manager and would be suited to those with at least one year's HR experience and a CIPD qualification or someone with a desire to commence studies.
