Our client is looking to recruit a HR Senior Advisor to join their HR team to support the business through providing a broad range of Human Resources services.
The Senior Advisor will be the HR representative in Guernsey for all HR Centres of excellence such as compensation, talent acquisition, and employee relations etc. The role holder will be a member of the Channel Island Executive Committee, responsible for HR strategy within Guernsey. They will be the HR person accountable for Local Government e.g. Population Management, Tax, Social Insurance, Immigration.
The desirable candidate will have experience of advising and supporting/ executing on people impact of organisational design programmes, have proven track record of operating as a Business Partner-ability to establish and maintain productive business relationships with key clients and colleagues. They will also have multi-functional HR experience, have a strong knowledge on financial services industry and have a good knowledge of relevant employment legislation.
