HR Officer

A specialist fiduciary service provider is looking for an HR Officer to join their team to be involved in the following aspects of HR implementation and administration:

  • Pensions and benefits administration
  • Monitoring staff attendance
  • Advising line managers and other employees on the employer’s employment policies and procedures
  • Negotiating salaries, contracts and working conditions with staff
  • Implementing and actioning effective induction processes
  • Analysing, organising and recording training needs in conjunction with departmental managers/appraisals
  • Recruiting staff which involves developing job specifications, preparing job adverts, checking applications, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
  • Maintaining staff records
  • Assisting in the annual appraisal process and preparation of documents and salary reviews

Applicants must be CIPD qualified and / or other relevant HR qualifications, have good organisational and communication skills, strong analytical skills and the desire to continuously learn and improve skills.
