HR Contractor

A commercial business is seeking a HR temp to cover a 3-week period from Monday 9th August to undertake the following duties:

  • Manage the recruitment process and vacancies on online recruitment tracking system
  • Manage any offers and contracts of employment that arise from the recruitment process
  • Manage the careers email inbox
  • Keep a log of any unactioned or pending tasks over the period
  • GDPR data cleanse of employee leavers post-7 years in payroll system 
  • Scan and file HR agreements

The desirable candidate would have previous HR experience, be confident and be able to hit the ground running as they would be working in a standalone position and being a first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries for 100 employees.
