A legal group is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to act as the central point of contact for the Local Practice Group Head or Head of Business Services in all Human Resources matters affecting them and their teams.
The role holder will operate at multiple levels, ranging from handling sensitive day to day employee relations matters to understanding and interpreting strategic initiatives relevant to their nominated business area.
The primary duties and responsibilities will include:
Candidates must hold a relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent, be CIPD qualified, have a minimum 3 years relevant HR generalist experience and experience of advising managers on employee relations matters such as discipline, grievance, performance management, sickness, absence and recruitment.
Minimum 2 years of working in a Legal or Partnership environment is desirable.
