HR and Training Manager

A leading trust and pensions provider is looking to recruit a Part Time HR and Training Manager to join their team, to support the Managing Director and Board reporting directly to the Managing Director.

The responsibilities will range from the delivery of HR and training activities such as managing recruitment and selection, identifying training needs, performance management, HR policies and procedures.

The desirable candidate for this role will have at least 5 years working in an HR role with a CIPD qualification and generalist HR experience, be completely up to date with employment law, Guernsey HR policies, good IT skills, a quick learner, level-headed, sensible and a good listener.
