A HR Team for an Island wide business is looking to expand so would like to introduce a new HR Advisor for their Guernsey office. The role is ideally full-time though they will consider slightly less hours.
This is very much a generalist role, as they are a small team going through a period of cultural change and they feel this role would be pivotal, working with the Operations Director, to deliver this positively.
It is imperative that the successful individual is someone who is confident in working as part of a remote team whilst also offering essential local support to the Director of Operations
Ideally they are looking for someone with a few years' experience and who has had exposure to all sorts of people situations - grievances, capabilities, disciplinaries etc.
