A leading investor services group with offices out of town is seeking a Temporary HR Administrator to join their team to cover maternity leave, to commence from May 2020 until end of March 2021. 

The role will include a wide range of duties, including (but not limited to):

  • Managing on-boarding and off-boarding process from start to finish
  • Payroll input and checking
  • Producing MI reporting from HR system
  • Working closely with the HR Business Partner
  • First point of contact for all administration queries
  • Organising training, inductions, coordinating interviews/recruitment, production and collation of all employment related paperwork and T&Cs

The individual must have strong IT skills, excellent administrative skills and the ability to prioritise and manage their own workload.
