A privately-owned financial services group is seeking a Human Resources Administrator.

The role holder will assist with the administration of external training, ensure the entire on-boarding procedure for all new staff and exit process for all departing employees is completed, assist with the preparation of annual appraisal forms and probationary assessments.

They will also assist with the preparation of Guernsey’s  payrolls together with the associated financial reporting.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant HR generalist experience, be educated to ‘A’ level standard, have excellent verbal communications together with the ability to compose simple letters and reports and hold or be willing to study towards CIPD Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice.
