Head of Compliance

Are you an experienced Compliance Manager seeking a new challenge? An international services firm is seeking a Head of Compliance to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining a robust compliance monitoring programme
• Conducting training sessions
• Overseeing the monitoring and testing of AMF and CFT specific policies, procedures, controls, and systems
• Identifying and implementing remediation activities 
• Investigating matters of concern or non-compliance
• Providing reports to the Board on compliance matters 
• Acting as the point of contact with the Guernsey Financial Services Commission
  
  

A broad knowledge and understanding of the GFSC and regulatory framework is vital, along with at least 8 years professional experience in the Trust business. Proven staff management and leadership experience is required.  In addition, the ability to accept accountability, demonstrate initiative and work with limited direct supervision is required.
