Head of Client Services

Do you have 10 years' of experience in Trust? A Trust company is seeking a Head of Client Services to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

• Encouraging more active relationships with key clients and advisors
• Overseeing administration of all clients 
• Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed
• Providing solutions to maximise administration efficiency
• Monitoring workloads within the team 
• Reviewing and authorising work carried out
