Head of Client Accounting

Are you team spirited, with strong leadership and management skills? A growing entrepreneurial fiduciary business is seeking an efficient and enthusiastic Head of Client Accounting to become responsible for the management of the Client Accounting Team.

As Head of Client Accounting, you will make a significant contribution to ensure objectives are met and have ownership and oversight of all client accounting processes and the delivery of management information. You will be responsible for ensuring all customers receive a fair and consistent service and take an active role in the business development and growth, whilst always maintaining the business objectives.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Client Accounting - leading the team strategically and operationally to deliver
• Management - to lead, motivate and perform management functions for employees 
• Other Departments - supporting the Trust, Corporate and Fund teams ensuring targets and objectives achieved
• Internal Accounting - to provide cover for the team, to supervise and complete monthly management accounts

The ideal candidate will have 5 years post qualification experience of a formal accounting or degree qualification, with the ability to develop advanced analysis and reporting tools and excellent project management skills.
