Our client is seeking a Head of Online and Support Services to report directly to the Director of Risk and Financial Stability.
The successful candidate will run a large IT team with the assistance of the existing IT Technical Specialist, the team is made of up IT helpdesk, business analysts and infrastructure team and a variety of project staff including project managers, business analysts and Developers.
Excellent management skills are needed for this position as the successful candidate will handle all aspects of performance, resource allocation with the assistance of HR. Project management and stakeholder management experience is also required, ideally working on IT projects, completing them on top and on budget.
It is a full time role working 40 hours per week and some emergency out of hours support may be required from time to time.
